This is designed to be within the first two days after your evaluation. If you have questions directly for your insurance company, typically the phone number is on the back of the insurance card and can answer it more specifically prior to your first visit. If your treatment depends on on knowing, please call us before your first visit and we can run the insurance with all the plan knowledge.
